Registered Nurse | Part time (.60 FTE) | Cygnet & Kingston

This Registered Nurse will work within a clinical team environment providing comprehensive and culturally valid primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their immediate families, living in the Kingborough and Huon municipalities, which includes; providing a high quality nursing practice including assessment, examination, treatment, and case management, along with contributing to the development of models of holistic health, incorporating continuity of care. Care will be delivered at both the Kingston and Cygnet Primary Health Centres, and in client’s homes and other Community settings.

 

Community Projects Officer | Part time (.60 FTE) | Cygnet & Kingston

The Community Project Officer will work within our Outreach Team to promote SETAC’s programs, and coordinate Community events, such as NAIDOC, health groups and assist with coordination of the ballawinne Festival. This position will also support the Outreach Team to build connections with the Aboriginal Community.

 

Outreach Worker | Part time (.80 FTE) | Cygnet & Kingston

The Community Outreach Worker function involves working to engage with Aboriginal people (individually and in groups) who are underutilising health services to improve health outcomes and knowledge. The Community Outreach Worker function involves community liaison, administration and support, and practical assistance.

 

Administration and Projects Officer (Aged Care) | Part time (.60 FTE) | Cygnet

The Administration and Projects Officer provides quality and responsive client services to SETAC’s clients, stakeholders, and members of the public; as well as supporting SETAC’s Aged Care Programs with high level administrative support.

 

Administration and Projects Officer (Reception)| Full time (1.0 FTE) | Cygnet | Identified Position

The Administration and Projects Officer provides quality and responsive client services to SETAC’s clients, stakeholders, and members of the public; as well as supporting SETAC and their visiting health professionals with efficient and effective office-based support. This position will be responsible for reception and administration duties at the Primary Health Centre in Cygnet.

This position will be supported to undertake a CERT IV or Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant course, if not already attained.
