Mental Health First Aid Course Flyer

Mental Health First Aid is a great 2-Day program and provides resources to help community members empower and support their friends, family and colleagues who may be developing a mental health problem, or who is in a mental health crisis. Like physical first aid, mental health first aid is given until the person receives professional help or until the crisis resolves.

When: 18 & 25 March 2020 (2-Day Course)
Where: West Winds Community Centre, 3528 Channel Highway, Woodbridge
Time: 9am – 4pm
Cost: $5 per person to cover catering, payable to West Winds
This course includes a FREE Mental Health First Aid Manual

Sing & Grow provides music therapy services in the community for families with young children. Groups usually meet for about an hour once a week, for 8-10 weeks.

We use percussion instruments, drums, ribbons, balls, parachutes and every family receives a set of Sing & Grow’s Key Parenting Messages and a CD! Families have fun making music together, learning new ways to support child development.

A total of 10 families with children aged 0-4 can join this program. To register please contact SETAC Primary Health Centre on 6295 1125.
